Epilepsy Learning Collaborative     

The epilepsy learning collaborative seeks to improve access, continuity and quality of care for youth and children with epilepsy in Michigan through a comprehensive learning collaborative process. This includes collaborative webinars, QI projects and in-person learning opportunites for all members of the epilepsy project.

Early On E-Fax Referral project with U of M Youth POlicy Lab

The Michigan Chapter American Academy of Pediatrics in partnership with Early On Michigan and the University of Michigan Youth Policy Lab will implement a statewide learning collaborative for participating hospital systems to implement EMR-integrated referrals to the Early On program.
